Giraffe Tongue Orchestra - Debut Album In September, Premiere Song
Giraffe Tongue Orchestra have finally premiered material! The supergroup features Mastodon guitarist/vocalist Brent Hinds, The Dillinger Escape Plan guitarist Ben Weinman and singer/guitarist William DuVall (Alice In Chains). Now, it seems like things are finally taking off. You can satisfy your curiosity about the music by listening to their first revealed song "Crucifixion" at this location (beginning around the 4:42 mark).
As for their upcoming debut album, it is called Broken Lines, and will be out in stores this September 23rd through Party Smasher Inc./Cooking Vinyl.
Also, you can catch their live debut at the Reading Festival (August 27th) and the Leeds Festival (August 28th) in the UK.
The band also features ex-The Mars Volta drummer Thomas Pridgen and Dethklok bassist Pete Griffin.

Pretty decent. But can't decide anything until the full record comes out. Hopefully it doesn't look like its gonna be as yawn inducing as Mastodon's recent.
