Eluveitie - To Start Recording Second Acoustic Album
Swiss folk metallers Eluveitie are working on their next album, the long-awaited second part of their acoustic concept effort Evocation. The band plans to start the studio recording at the end of the year and to release the album next spring.
Band's mastermind Chrigel Glanzmann comments: "We're looking forward to Evocation II! The concept of the album sticks in our head already for years and it has matured a lot. Our second acoustic album will continue the tradition of the first one but it will be even more rough, folk and mystic! It will be the Celtic mythology in its pure culture, formed into music!"
The group has also announced its first Swiss acoustic tour of 2016. On these shows, the band will give fans a taste of what they can expect from the new record in the form of some brand new material.

Evocation is the only album I really enjoy by Eluveitie but I'm a bit concerned about how it will sound since half the band quit recently...

God damnit.. they finally start on Evoc Pt. II and it's right after Anna leaves. Hope they have another female vox performer come in for this one. Anyway, the concept sounds really fucking cool actually. Looking forward to this!

So at this point, guessing that there was some issue about this second acustic album with Anna Murphy could sound logic. Expecially if since the first rumor, two years had been passed.
