A staff guy...
Yup, my feelings for the band remain the same. Still a diehard fanboy, but really only love/enjoy every other album from them. Lol!

- Ember To Inferno wasn't bad
- Ascendancy was great
- The Crusade was too much Metallica worship
- Shogun was fucking epic and still my favorite album
- In Waves didn't really click for me, it had it's moments but in general wasn't a big fan
- Vengeance Falls took some getting used to at first but ultimately I came to thoroughly enjoy it
- Silence In The Snow had moments but overall didn't really click for me
- So far the 3 tracks I've heard from The Sin And The Silence have all been really good, and I'm really looking to this album

My thoughts aren't far off this... I am a big fan of every album up to Shogun, I agree on In Waves, it had a couple of OK songs but didn't really click, Vengeance Falls was slightly better but not up to par with their old stuff, Silence In The Snow was really average but the latest 3 songs gives me hope that i'll like this one as much as their first 4

Let's hope the rest of the album is as good as these new tracks.
