Slayer - Announce Second Leg Of N. American Farewell Tour


Metal gods Slayer have announced a second leg to the North American part of their farewell tour! With all the same opening bands except for Behemoth, who is replaced by British grinders Napalm Death. Just like the first leg, they will also be joined by Lamb Of God, Anthrax, and Testament. Most of the previously announced dates have been sold out, so if you missed out on those shows, be sure to be on the look out for tickets! Tickets will go on sale on Friday, March 9th.

Of course I bought tickets in CT at Mohegan Sun when I live in Southern Maine and Gilford is much closer to me and a great venue. Oh well I guess it's metal, booze and gambling. What could go wrong?

Yes, they should but that's not how it works. Actually it's not clear though. Is it something to do with their agents or sheer popularity?

I suppose popularity. LoG are big in the U.S. I guess, but I'll be happy to see Slayer ditch them for the European tour, if it actually happens, and just take the other three.

Yes, LoG are very popular here. If I were to rank these bands in terms of how popular they are here, this would be the order, so I'm not very surprised.
