Doro - Share New Video Feat. Johan Hegg

Only three weeks left before the awaited new Doro double album Forever Warriors, Forever United hits stores via Nuclear Blast Records. For the third time, the metal queen opens her treasure chest - this time with the track "If I Can't Have You - No One Will". Watch here the video for it featuring Amon Amarth's frontman Johan Hegg.

Commenting on the third single unleashed from the new album, Doro says: "The work with Johan, who also contributed to the lyrics, was stunning. We got to know each other during the recordings of the Amon Amarth album Jomsviking and it is wonderful that this great collaboration could be continued on my album. "

Doro continues: "The video for the song perfectly reflects this obsessive song. We filmed in various ruins with our great director David Havlena. It has become very special, almost like a little movie. I can not wait to introduce the song on August 3rd at Wacken Open Air where the song will celebrate its live premiere with Johan Hegg as a special guest!"

Time for Doro to call it a day... all the songs she has released promoting this album are crap. Even term pop is a praise for this kind of music. The duet with Hegg is just horrendous. Did the guys that actually recorded, mixed and master this have some sort of ear disease?

I can't decide which is more godawful; the song or the production.

This one is very "meh" the male vocals don't add anything. It's the same ol' Doro but with a twist, did not work out for me.

I can't decide which is more godawful; the song or the production.

The vocals are so loud, the instruments sound like they were recorded in 1983.

^^^ Oh wow, lots of hate in the comments.......Well, I actually purchased the song and the audio is much better than the sound in the YouTube video. I like the song and just like Doro's work with Johan on "A Dream That Cannot Be" (by Amon Amarth), it's such an unusual combination of two different vocal styles, but it's crazy enough to work. My only slight complaint is that the song ends up getting a bit repetitive after a while.

What is the difference between the man who fools you from the pulpit, and the other man who fools you from the platform?
Both of them seek to obtain power over you - To rule your mind, control your property interests or labor power.

I laughed when I read the song title. It sounds like something an up-and-coming teen pop star would pen.

Best cookie monster impression I've heard. If only he appeared on the clip rather than Johan Hegg
