Nightmare - To Enter The Studio, Introduce New Drummer


French symphonic power metallers Nightmare have recently revealed that they are preparing a new album and plan to release it next year to follow Dead Sun. In other news, drummer Olivier Casula was replaced by Niels Quiais after he decided to quit the band following a serious hand injury.

The band said: "Hello Nightmare fans! We're just back from Egypt where we played our last concert for 2018 in Cairo at the Metal Blast Festival. Huge thanks to all of the fans and the organiser for a fantastic time we'll never forget!

"We'll be going into the studio to start working on the new album to be released in early fall on AFM Records. Stay tuned! Well be posting news about the recordings shortly! In other news, Olivier "Piv" Casula has decided to step down as our drummer after he sustained a serious injury to his hand. We wish Piv a speedy recovery and will cherish all of the great moments we shared together. Today we officially announce that the talented Neils Quais (Titans Fall Harder) is the new drummer for Nightmare!! And last but no least, Nightmare have also officially signed with famous booking agent Rock The Nation! Stay tuned for upcoming news for album release in the fall 2019."
