Candlemass - Debut Brand New Song
Stockholm's own doom metal icons Candlemass are back with their original singer, Johan Längquist, and also announced a new album called The Door To Doom. Now, fans can hear the first song from the release and the first since Johan Längquist returned called "The Omega Circle".

You can grab the album on February 22nd, 2019 Napalm Records, which will feature a guest appearance by Black Sabbath's legendary guitarist Tony Iommi on "Astorolus - The Great Octopus."

Sounds too uninspired and going through the motions and way too much like Krux, as if the music was written with Mats Leven's vocals in mind instead of Johan Längquist's. The chorus is extremely reminiscent of Death Thy Lover. Going by this song, this will turn into another album to be ignored by a once great band.

It sounds like black sabbath rewrote them selves whit last album. Same here, seems like they search old glory, but cant. If you are old smoke cigar, drink good Craft beer or malt whisky, let the new at age bands play music. You can listen, play old songs live. I will listen this album, but....

Not being blown away about their recent music does not mean people are hateful. Even a good, not great album by this band is an enjoyable listen. I will definitely listen to the new album when it comes out.
