Deep Purple - To Start Work On New Album Later This Year

In one of the brief interviews recently, speaking to Andertons Music Co. at last weekend's NAMM show, Deep Purple guitarist Steve Morse says that the band will begin with the work on its 21st studio album later this year. The effort will be the follow-up to 2017's Infinite release. More news to follow.

their last two albums have been excellent.
I do not think they have ever released a bad album (something unlistenable that is).

Although they lost the spark from Lord/Blackmore era, I have to say their lastest albums are musically damn fantastic.
It is nice to see this legendary band (one of the fathers of ALL the metal we hear nowadays) still carry one and release new material.
