Persuader - Mixing New Album, Bassist Retires
Swedish power metallers Persuader confirmed that they are working on their upcoming new effort, which will be their fifth full length release and first one after 2013' The Fiction Maze. The band is currently in the mixing stage. More details and infos to follow. Additonally, Persuader announced that Fredrik Hedström has decided to retire from bass duties. Fredrik was part of the group from the very beginning in 1997.
The band released the following statement: "Hello guys. We can finally bring you some good news that we are currently mixing the new album. Stay tuned for details and a release date. As some know, Fredrik from Nocturnal Rites has filled in as guitarist since Daniels departure. This release will mark his first with us as an active member and songwriter. Some bad news is that Fredrik H has decided to retire from bass duties. We all wish him all the best."
