Dark Forest from UK have checked in with a statement, regarding the new material they are working on for a while now. The latter will be released as an EP format, featuring new songs as well as some re-recorded old ones. They are planning to enter the studio in Spring, 2021.

Dark Forest commented: ''Into Hallowtide...The darkening of the year draws on and we'd like to thank everyone who has recently brought light into the gloaming by buying our merchandise. It has enabled us to proceed with plans for next year. We have been writing new material since the early part of the year and our plan now is to return to the studio in the Springtime of 2021 to record an EP featuring new songs and also a re-recording of a DF classic.

"We hope for a release which will coincide with the 20th anniversary of the formation of the band and we will keep you all updated with our progress. We do still have a range of merch in stock although numbers are very limited now. Go to our website shop to order and support us!"
