Darkest Horizon, the German melodic death metal outfit, confirmed that their lead guitarist and co-founder Olli Sattler has left the band. At the same time (actually, couple of days later), Darkest Horizon proudly present the release of a new single - "Ad Nauseam".

Statement from Olli regarding the departure: "Hey Peeps! Some news down here...I left my bandDarkest Horizon in November. The reasons are quite simple. I don't feel connected to the music and the style of the writing process anymore. I want to focus on new musical material and gain new experiences in the music business. So after thinking for a while, I thought it's the best for the band and me. There's no bad blood or strange feelings in between.

Here we are! I wish them all the best for the future and that they will kick some asses with new music! Thanks for the awesome years of great experience, thanks to all the people I've met! You'll never leave my heart. We'll be in touch!"
