Blind Guardian - Reveal Video For New Single
From the menacing shadows of this desolate December, a light in the darkness has arisen and Germany's metal legends Blind Guardian are back to "Deliver Us From Evil". With this new single/video, the fans can get a first glimpse of what's to expect from the band's upcoming studio album scheduled for September 2022 release.
Singer Hansi Kürsch comments: "Deliver Us From Evil" is representative of a thoroughly aggressive album. I don't want to promise too much by claiming that the upcoming long player, that is due to be released next year, will contain nothing but strong tracks and shall be a highlight of our career, yet I am sure the album will make a lot of people very, very happy."

It's a fairly decent song, it certainly had some aggression, but it's nothing memorable, the vocals are a little bit too overpowering for me, and the drums were too, I wanted to here more from the riffs.

Sounds a little bit too dry to me. Vocals and drums too loud too, two of the most talented guitarists to touch power metal buried in the mix (granted, theres not much happening in the guitar department most of the song, but still, they can add more flavour to this)

Instantly forgettable! Literally! I watched it 2 days ago...moved on with my life and just saw the thread again and got excited like "wow new Guardian song!... ahhh right it is this thing". This is so low and mediocre for them. I can not find any reason to listen to this twice.
