Shining - Part Ways With Drummer
Swedish Suicidal/Manipulative Black Metal throne-dwellers Shining made the following entry on their MySpace Blog:
"Due to Jarle Bybergs current situation we have decided that we cannot go ahead with merely him in our ranks. This has nothing to do with him leaving Urgehal last week or anything like that, but he simply hasn't got time enough to tour as much as we do, nor spending month after month in the studio. Therefore, we have now decided to let Schill who accompanied us on the 'Thank God For Niklas Kvarforth' tour last year become a permanent member of Shining.
Welcome my little precious... / Kvarforth, on behalf of Shining."
Shining's sixth studio album will be entitled "Tillbaka På Ruta Ett" (Back to Square One) and is set for a late 2008 release through Osmose Productions.

Yeah I guess it's quite funny...or honest of them....or perhaps just manipulative?  In specific it is used a fair bit for Forgotten Tomb and Shining. Usually the terms 'depressive', 'suicidal/suicide' and 'manipulative' black metal are closely used within a very similar context about very similar bands.

Written by Lucas on 02.04.2008 at 21:36 I know it is not the RAwr Rawr guns go bang bang hype wich is one the world nowdays but a subgenre of hardcore in the 80ties. but if there is one kind of people who bash the stereotype emo's the most it is the black metaller, even tough the suidical black metal genre is almost the same as the stereotype emo pop music whit whiney screams and pathetic lyrics. Especially Shining is a pathetic band with their promoting of suicide and the attention whore Kvarvorth with it's stupid live atics, such as kissing Maniac WTF?
