Metal Blade Records press release:

"Legendary death metal band Cannibal Corpse has been busy working on the follow-up to 2006's victorious release "Kill", which saw the band hit the Billboard Top 200 chart at #170 with 6049 units scanned, #6 on Billboard's Heatseaker chart, #16 on Billboard's Top Independent Albums chart, #21 on Billboard's Top Hard Rock Albums chart, a coveted spot touring on 2006's Sounds of the Underground, headlining the extremely successful Metal Blade Records 25th Anniversary Tour, and multiple tours overseas and dates in Canada and South America. The new album isn't expected until the fall or winter of 08/09 so until then fans will be able to get their Cannibal fix with the bands first-ever career retrospective 3-disc DVD, Centuries of Torment The First 20 Years, due out July 2008.

yeah one disc would be enough to cover them. but i guess its truly only a retrospective if it comes with more than 2 dvds hahaha. jesus christ, 7 HOURS? i just saw that, thats longer than The Godfather.

I'll say this dvd is great news for fans, not for stupid fucks saying "too long" ....
I bet there's not a di.. too long to put in their mouth......

This dvd is the real shit!!!

About Jack Owen. it's cool he is not longer at the band, it has refresh Cannibal Corpse style
ß - 11.05.2008 at 23:16
This sounds interesting 3 dvds for cannibal corpse is a little to much though.
Dangerboner - 12.05.2008 at 01:19
As long as the price is that of a regular DVD, there is no such thing as too much. It's not like you're supposed to watch all 3 discs in one sitting.
Abattoir - 12.05.2008 at 16:48
Well, that is a lot of material...sound pretty good
Arian Totalis - 12.05.2008 at 20:49
