Sounds great actually, I hope the other songs will hold this standard. Every album after "The Avenger" weren't anything special at all IMO:

ThunderAxe1989 - 20.08.2008 at 01:44
I heard the new song and......to be honest, it wasn't as awesome as their past material, a tad of a disappointment, they're REALLY capable of SO MUCH MORE......but then again it's probably one of those songs that's an aquired taste.

I'll still give the rest of the album a chance though.
Newfie_Metal - 20.08.2008 at 03:36
I really like it.
konstans - 20.08.2008 at 05:11
I just hear the song and I think it's great I believe the other songs are going to be nice because I trust them and for so many years they never let the people down they always come out with great music and the most exciting thing for me they're going to be in about two months in montreal I can't wait to see them live
Fhuesc - 20.08.2008 at 07:46
mmm let's hope this song is the asator of the new album (i don't like asator)
kayla - 20.08.2008 at 09:04
Wow I'm disappointed. I was expecting a lot more for this song. Although it's really good it sounds way too much like Valhall Awaits Me.
However I have no doubt the rest of the album will be killer; can wait until it's released! I'm also looking forward to seeing them again this tour with ensiferum
Katatronik - 20.08.2008 at 12:36

This song is great! But as many of you already said it is almost identical as Vallhal Awaits Me. Well, who cares, I like it!

Good freakin song right there.

I guess Roope Latvala does the solo? I assumed that was one of their guitarists until I read that bit. I never really viewed Amon Amarth's guitarists as all that great, but they do what they can and get the job done regardless. I guess when I see 'em live again if they can pull that off clean I'll think of them better!
GT - 21.08.2008 at 22:10
