Machine Head - Video Of Iron Maiden Cover Online


US metallers Machine Head have posted a music video online for their cover of Iron Maiden's "Hallowed Be Thy Name".

The video was directed once again by Mike Sloat and is now available at this location.

The band adds: "Originally appearing on Kerrang's "Maiden Heaven" tribute CD, the song is now being released as a bonus track on "The Blackening" Special Edition, which was released on October 28 via Roadrunner Records!"

Great cover IMO. They played the song for the first time here in Portugal at Rock in Rio. Unfortunately I couldn't be there.. but I saw it on tv. I think it was highlight of the concet. m/

I found this to be a rather blaned covber. As much as Taboo this may be sound, I think Cradle of Filth has done the best cover of this, maybe even better than the original.
