Argh... I had planned to see them this very Sunday but now... I was willing to go to for the thrash, not really for Satyricon.
Does someone know if a replacement band has been named? |

No, not yet. I think it's still a bit too soon to come up with an emergency replacement as solution...
Also wouldn't go for Satyricon alone (but I don't know what Zonaria are bringing).
On a side note, that must have been an epic beard he had there. |

Sucks for you. Luckily I got see them on their last day in Canada with 3 Inches Of Blood, and as much as I'd like to comfort you and tell you you aren't missing much, that would be a lie. They are extremely solid live. |

| Uuy that blows, I was actually at that gig and they played one hell of a show. Knocked both Zonaria and Satyricon out in my opinion. |

| OK, that makes more sense. at first I thought he just fractured his jaw but now I know there''s more. Its a good idea to pull out (of the tour) |

"Luckily his beard absorbed some of the blow."
And people tell me having a beard is a bad thing. |

And that sucks even more since I should have seen them at Hellfest this year but they canceled too, and we weren't informed so we were waiting outside the marquee, waiting for nothing... I guess some kind of evil force is prohibiting me from seeing them. |

| What is it with musicians getting plastered, breaking something, then not being able to play? |

I have met the guy... and my answer to that would be... no, he wasn't.
People collapsing without having drunk or having used any other substances does happen.
A friend of mine who is cleaner than a straightedger collapsed in the same way as Ol' Drake but was unfortunately not as fortunate as Ol' Drake, he never lived to tell the tale. |

I suggest reading this blog first, before saying more things you clearly know nothing about. |
