Opeth - EP Release Details
Opeth will release a very special digital EP "Burden" on December 9th. Next to the "Burden" radio edit, this release features 2 rare b-sides including a much sought after cover of Alice In Chains' "Would?" and a track previously available for a limited time only, "Mellotron Heart."

Indeed great news, I've been looking for Mellotron Heart, it's said to be a version of Porcelain Heart but with only Mellotron (my favourite instrument) and vocals  I want to get this!

Written by Spyroid on 10.12.2008 at 00:45 That was just me thinking out loud (kind of a self-observation). 1 or 2 years ago this news would have excited me quite a bit, I'm not sure if its just the last 2 albums but I really don't care about this band too much anymore (both not bad albums, just not as grabbing as the first stuff I heard from them, the stuff that originally got me into them.)

So maybe your interest was lost earlier than 1-2 years ago?  I am a sell out, because my favourite albums are Ghost Reveries and Watershed, but taste is different
