As often as not, the bands don't involve themselves in the organizations of the tour, it's their manager/agent/whatever who does it. And yes, sales (both albums and tickets) count. The problem is, as they never went to Portugal, they don't know how many tickets would be sold, so they don't take any 'risks'... |
