Within Temptation - New Live Album Details
Within Temptation have issued the following update on their official website:
"Dear fans,
As you already know, we will be releasing a new acoustic live CD in the end of October. "An Acoustic Night At The Theatre" will feature many of our biggest hits, played live and acoustic during our seated tour last year. In April next year we will be doing a rerun of this tour, where we will be doing this particular show for the last time. After that, we will prepare ourselves for the new album, new show, etc. The exact release date is October 30th in some countries and 2 days later in some other countries. We will post an exact overview on that at a later date. Of course you want to know what's going to be on there, well here you go:

I think Within Temptation is going to be this very-much-mainstream-like band.. That'll be the end of my fan-ness (ehm.. what's left of that) So.. I'm a little bit afraid of the new song. :O

The only band I know of that did that was Megadeth, but that was because not even the mainstream excepted their album, Risk. As far as I know, WT's last two albums have been very successful. I think it would be pretty AWESOME if they went back to producing music like Enter though. That would be a full turn-around that would shock everybody.
