Official press release
New York death metal veterans Immolation just announced the title and tracklist of their new album, marking the first one for their new label Nuclear Blast Records.
The album, scheduled for an early 2010 release, will be entitled Majesty And Decay.

UPDATE
New York death metal legends Immolation just revealed the cover artwork for their upcoming 8th album Majesty And Decay.
Commented guitarist Bob Vigna: "Par Olofsson did an amazing job on this piece! It is so dark, twisted and bleak, and so realistic looking! He really captured the emotion of the album and what we were looking for. Together with the music it really sets such a unique mood and tone,... I think the fans are going to love it!"
Majesty And Decay is set to be released on March 5, 2010 via Nuclear Blast Records.

I love this album artwork, very cold and deep.
Immolation have had some great peices of art over the last 10 years, and I wonder how things are to be into the buisness of album cover artwork like so many famous names for famous covers???
Seems like a good buisness to be a part of taking into consideration...  |

| That is some incredible cover art. I have their entire discography in mp3 form but have yet to give any of their material a listen. As soon as this is released I'll check it out though; it'll give me an excuse to dig further back into their catalog. |
