I'm probably going to sign up for an Egg one too that's for pick up the same location. Only $.50 more than supermarket eggs. I'd be crazy to not do that.
We grow our own vegetables and peaches but we know a friend with a cattle farm out here so we get from them but it’s not delivered, though that would be really nice
i am not too much into Black Metal because i mainly dont like the music and i cant stand the growls and "rough" vocals...but Summoning is the exception i almost love...but listen to them every day for one month is slightly becoming boring and i need something new already...so are there any bands playing the same way - especially i am looking for great instrumental melodies and choirs in refrains
I recommend that the OP search for the tag "epic black metal", since it's the name of the sub-genre
Similar to Summoning? There's Elffor, Mirkwood, Caladan brood, Emyn Muil, Ered Wethrin, L'ordre Du Temple, Rivendell, Avathar...
Alas for something that wasn't mentioned in this thread before, I'd go with Faethon, Appalachian Winter, also Evol (from Italy)...

Hi buddy,..
I want to introduce a band from my hometown. those of Semarang, a small town in Indonesia. they are paganism
I do not really know them, but they often perform at a local cafe.
well, how do you think the music that they bring?
Except K7 in fact who has nothing but weird deviations all over his 47 gajillion posts.
On topic though, I'm with Mik here, CB were awful and pretty weak and feeble sounding while Summoning has some stuff that I really do enjoy eventhough I've heard only like 2.5 albums of theirs.

Check out Obsequiae. Pretty atypical black metal to my ears. Has a brighter tone and fits the Summoning sound with the medieval vibe. Been listening to both bands a lot lately.
Sat for 3 hours listening to this and sort of regret it.
Classic songs are missing, too much intros (Grey Havens is all you need) and most bands just copy the songs. Special mention to Caladan Brood that managed to sound like a copy/paste in every aspect and to Othalan for sounding like utter shit and ruining an otherwise great tune.
Only three songs actually did something interesting and would be worth it (#1, 2 & 14): Mesarthim (great changes and epic cosmic vibe), Druadan Forest (DOOM version of the song) and Severoth (removed the epic vibe, replaced with a darker BM sound).
