Pretty much sums up those lyrics in my opinion. Couldn't give a shit about lyrics myself. I'm a fan of the music not lyrics.

For me personally the lyrical content of a song (black metal or not) is not related to how offending the content of it is. If I don't believe in holy things so the concept of blasphemy is not valid to me. If bands are using other means to try to "offend" me to create a reaction (child abuse, cannibalism and so on) then that is entirely up to them but I don't think that is a behaviour that is limited to black metal but is (and have been for a long time) commonly used in the music industry. To me this thread is of little or no interest.

The most blasphemous band is not a black metal band. It's Deicide.

Deicide are a joke. Nobody takes them seriously except for PETA.
