Ython is a new heavy metal band from Belgium and we are on the verge of recording and releasing our début, which will be called Titanomachy. We have ten songs ready which were written over the course of the last two years and we are very proud of the result. Some of them already made it to our demo which was released at the beginning of the year but was recorded in very basic circumstances. For Titanomachy, however, we will record in a professional studio so the result is bound to be great.

The name of the record derives from the ten year war between the old Titans and the young Olympic gods from Classical Mythology. This tale proved a great inspiration for some lyrics.
