I consider them Death Metal, with melodeath elements, but not enough to be full-on melodeath.

Anyways, death metal band from Tampa Bay, Florida, that can put on a hell of a show live and can fuckin' shred.

Their Metal Archive reviews certainly are compelling: 7 reviews at 97%! I'll have a look into them. Haven't really enjoyed melodeath for a while but they seem to be revered so who knows.

Just saw live recently with Amon Amarth, Ensiferum, and Belphegor. Very strong performance.

I hate this type of music, but I talked to the lead singer after their show over a year ago and he's a really nice dude, so that's cool I guess...

Like Smurfkiller; I just saw these guys last week live with Belphegor, Ensiferum and Amon Amarth. I missed half their set. But they seemed pretty good at gettng the crowd pumped up for the other performances of the night. I didn't really pay much attention to their set though. I did however manage to grab their setlist off the stage after they left.

From what i've heard of this band, their music is solid, nothing groundbreaking though. So i guess i can enjoy from time to time. Then again alot of these melodeath/thrash bands don't get to me. The only melodeath that hit me in the face recently is Amoral, so much energy and drive.
But i'll admit that the cover to Riders of the Plague is badass.

Really? These guys (too me, at least) seem like one of the most underrated and most creative, energetic, and pumped bands out there!

Their alright. Their sound is a little too basic and a bit too melodic when it could be better if it was heavier. I got their first album as a gift and its ok I guess. They sound better live and have good energy so that's a bonus

Solid, but nothing extraordinary. Then again, this is the perspective of a true melodeath outsider.

Their first full-length was boring, their second on the other hand was a killer melodeath album, despite it's genericess.
