because i know you can put it in your profile (just like i have some in mine)
you just need to upload it to a website that hosts images like deviantART or imageshack (i think its called that  )

its the same as putting an image into a post
except the code is not in a button thing down the bottom like it is here
so all you need to do is put it into the personal text part
