Rob Halford is gay. not that that would be something wrong or weird on its own, but only when you put it in the context of the two following Judas Priest songs:

-Eat Me Alive, which is basically (admittedly though tongue in cheek) about getting a blowjob while holding a gun to your partner's head.
-Starbreaker is about some dude who is like a "cosmic player", and contains the lyrics "paradise is waiting, for the chosen few, let us hope that this time, he picks me and you"
-Exciter is about a cosmic messiah who travels at the speed of light and is also some kind of cyborg sex god.

it's either funny and over the top when you think about it, or just really damn twisted.

I am annoyed by Nightwish's singles, because they are commercial and dull. I am annoyed by Kamelot's latest albums, because they don't live up the the holy trilogy of Karma, Epica and The Black Halo. I am annoyed very by Opeth's latest album's stupid cover art and I am annoyed by the "Satanic message" on Watershed. Too many bands have already done the whole subliminal crap as a joke and Opeth are great because they don't normally do things that everybody else has done. I am annoyed by the song "Web of lies" on Ayreon's 01011001. It's a crappy ballad that only exists to give Simone Simons a part on the album and make the already too long list of vocalists even longer. What's the point of a boring, slow, unimaginative non-operatic ballad being performed by one of the best classically trained vocalists in metal? Also, not all people who search for love on the internet are shallow and childish and fall in and out of love in a matter of days. Don't preach to me, Arjen!

Oh yeah, Within Temptation. Everything about them annoys me now. If only they had made Mother Earth Part II and III instead of sell-out garbage.
