I heard the "To Tame A Land" cover last year when it first came out. It was one of the better covers on that album.

So, as I planned they played Count of Tuscany in Miami. That means there's a good chance they'll be playing that song here too. Come on DT, play it for me lol

Can you ask them to start with Pull Me Under, and then play all the songs on I&W through Awake and end on Space Dye-Vest? Edie: No, no no! Fuck that... why end on that? Change of Seasons for the encore!!! >:[

I follow him on twitter lol He posted videos of him practising A Nightmare to Remember and The Count of Tuscany, so I kinda knew they would be playing those songs, sooner or later. Anyway, that setlist would be awesome if you managed to put The Count of Tuscany there somewhere. Maybe before Change of seasons who knows.

25.07.2009 - 21:55 Written by BloodTears on 25.07.2009 at 21:52 No songs from after Change Of Seasons please. I want my DT old school They can use another setlist for people like you who want a new song. PUtting Count in the Fat&Sassy setlist is like what Iron Maiden did by putting Fear Of The Dark in their setlist on their last tour.... pure and utter blasphemy.

25.07.2009 - 22:01 Written by Marcel Hubregtse on 25.07.2009 at 21:55 I saw the Iron Maiden tour and they obviously cheated by adding Fear of the Dark. As for the DT list, you want old school? Then let them play A fortune in Lies and The Killing Hand for me.

26.07.2009 - 02:59 Written by Fat & Sassy! on 26.07.2009 at 01:21 But Fear Of The Dark is NOT from one of their first 7 albums and it is way inferior to anythign frm those albums as well imo

26.07.2009 - 05:47 Written by Marcel Hubregtse on 26.07.2009 at 02:59 "Fear Of The Dark" was indeed totally out of place in the setlist for the last tour. And yes, it is way inferior to Maiden's 80s stuff. They have been unable to write anything as good as their previous stuff during the 90s. In fact, Maiden were pathetic during the 90s, they sucked for the entire decade. They probably put this song there only because they still refuse to admit that they lost the touch after SSOASS.

Written by Lord_Regnier on 26.07.2009 at 05:47 Honestly, I consider Fear of the Dark to be Maiden's last "classic" song. It's as good as almost anything they wrote in the 80's. :/

I've seen Dream Theater play The Ytse Jam, Status Seeker and The Ones Who Helped To Set The Sun live but they also played for some reason an acoustic version of Your Majesty on an unplugged tour I saw them at in Toronto in 2004...

27.07.2009 - 20:43 Written by BloodTears on 27.07.2009 at 17:18 Well... I'm a silly person. :O! But yeah, I think I spend too much time on this site, because I had a dream last night about seeing DT, right? Well, they played The Count of Tuscany, and I remember thinking to myself in my dream that I can confirm to the guy/gals on MetalStorm that they are playing it. O.o! It was so weird. I had a lot of shit on my mind too last night, so I figured my dreams would involve that stuff... not a discussion about DT's current setlist on Metalstorm.

27.07.2009 - 22:08 Written by BloodTears on 27.07.2009 at 21:28 Yeah, that happens to me a lot too. I would assume it's because of the familiarity of all the melodies and riffs in the other parts of the AA thing for your case. Another thing I was thinking about... DT releases a song called "Wither" after sound-alike band, Circus Maximus, released a song of the same name two years before. I know the songs sound very different from each other, but it's still a weird coincidence...

I don't think it's much of a coincidence given that the songs are completely different, two years apart, and Wither isn't a very unique title...
