God Phones is a horrible song. I can't believe this band is considered pioneers of thrash metal.
And why is Jason once again used as a commercial tool on the website? It's been 7 years! Whatever talent he had from F&J and Metallica are looong gone.

I hope not, but it does seem like this. One or maybe two songs sounded like they were from Voivod's early days ("War and Pain" to "Killing Technology", not included), more than a few sounded like they were from "Killing Technology" and "Dimension Hätross", and most of the rest were from periods after "Dimension Hätross" up to modern Voivod (200x). Or maybe it's just me.

The songs themselves weren't bad in any way.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure Infini is just like Katorz - an album made from riffs that Piggy has written over the years and songs that he didn't think were good enough or right for any of their old albums.
