So, recently I found this great band. They're called Chastisement. (1. inflict punishment | 2. to censure severely)

Melodic Death Metal from Sweden formed in 1993.

They've put out an EP in 1999 - ...But Lost We Are. A self-released full-length in 2002 - Alleviation of Pain. Both available for download (free) from their Myspace

So, what do you think?

Personally, I think they're above the average. Really great melodies, but they still keep it "raw". All the musicians in the band, really know what they're doing. All do a fantastic job.
What I REALLY don't understand, is why they're still without label? They're a lot better than most melodic death metal bands out there imo

Criated 1993 albums realised after 2000 personaly I think if those 2 albums be realised in 90's ist be better, somehow I dont like this band so much
