Thanx! apparently there is loads more of other stuff (Midnight as well as CG with Midnight) like early recordings, early photos etc that a few people hold.... I will try to get everything I can and put it on the site for everyone to enjoy....
check also this AMAZING recording of Painted Skies with Jon Oliva (Savatage).... man... I am so stuck with this tune... I haven't been listening to anything else for a few days.....

First two Crimson Glory albums with Midnight are absolute masterpieces. Underrated? Yes, they are now, but not when they were released.

first 2 CG albums are simply masterpieces... to be honest though at the time they were quite popular in a few countries (mainly Holland & Germany) and in some parts of the US. Everywhere else they were known but not "major league" players...

Truem they were quite big here in The Netherlands at the time. I think that had to do with the fact that both albums were Album of the Month in Aardschok Magazine and that the first time they played here was at the Aardschokdag Festival in February 1987 with Laaz Rockit, Celtic Frost, Anthrax, Metal Church and Metallica. The played a couple fo times here (both at some festivals and small club gigs). First time I saw them live was at the said Aardschokdag 1987 and saw them a couple of times after that as well.
