I honestly hope he is just very successful at trolling. I find him hilarious with the language he uses in his reviews and stuff, but I also get why no one wants to be roasted by their peers
Not to be confused with my previous topic about "best epic war songs"...here i want to discover the "really most epic" songs, doesnt have to be about war
my vote here goes so far for Blind Guardian - Nightfall
Odyssey by Symphony X - Not only for its length, but its excellent song-writing vocals and anything that can describe the epic poem The Odyssey by Homer has to be pretty epic.
Dante's Inferno by Iced Earth and Alexander the Great by Iron Maiden come to mind also.
The album closer on Wodensthrone's Curse has to be a contender.

"Another day, another Doug."
"I'll fight you on one condition. That you lower your nipples."
" 'Tis a lie! Thy backside is whole and ungobbled, thou ungrateful whelp!"
On a related note, I recently made an album with the following epic songs that I could fit on it
The Pinnacle by Kansas
Close to the Edge by Yes
Stairway to Heaven by Led Zeppelin
Grinning Mouths by Isis
Purify by Neurosis
Hallowed Be Thy Name by Iron Maiden
Master of Puppets by Metallica
Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen
Odyssey by Symphony X - Not only for its length, but its excellent song-writing vocals and anything that can describe the epic poem The Odyssey by Homer has to be pretty epic.
This. The Odyssey is an epic song written about an epic!
The orchestration is something else, and this is where you will find Russel Allen at the top of his game with his vocals.
Everything about this song just screams "Epic!"

Sometimes you just need to roll the dice and look away.
