I did my compulsory army service some years back, hated it, I was out of place there and damn proud of it.

smart man, I never was and I don't want, but we need sodlers, we cant hope for uncle sam,
anyay they use some frases what can eb adopted in civilian life to not have misunderstanding

sadly I could not avoid not going anymore and that's all it was, I did not want to but I had to (as in obligation).

Coruption, man Romania was not in Shengen, only Ro and Bulg ... because of corruption, even in my origin country in mid 90's you can pay docks and you were free, later tor recruit officer,,,later super big money and you were free, only before joking NATO it stopped
I ignored both calls, I would be discharge on mental stability .. I knew guys who told me how to fake, and matter is how far are you able risk whit your life I was ready do 100% ... but not MP, not fucking old bill (even I would get warning , my mate was working there) didn't came for me. 1th was I was 19, last one in last call up and basically even in my time they 90% take guys who wanted stay...and I also had astma, it would be discharge as well

bribes for not doing the army service at all, I've never heard of that but to be stationed closer to home or to have things easy going throughout the service, that I know of.

there were cases of suicide during army service, bad treatment sent some people into dispair

I mean before --- and same time in Russia they kill some lads and sell their organs to China

But seriously my question was how much cost tickets in 80's for Dyamo Open Air, Wacken and such fests, one concert, if we compare to euros and today, how cheaper was it

First two three Dynamo Open Air was free, then they charged 1 guilder (which is about 0.5 euro) for one/two years, then it was increased to 2 guilders (which is about 1 euro) then they raised it to 5 guilders and after that I don't know.

80's prices was awesome, so cheap, even whit all inflation, food, music, sport was much cheaper, as now.
Who wants pay 100 euros for Barcelona game... all sport prices is ridicules high IMO now.

we've raised the limit to keep out the riff-raff. amusingly i won't qualify for another 11 months or so.

I think I am currently the only one that qualifies for this thread. It is a lonely place, I can guarantee you.

It'd be hilarious if someone just kept increasing the age limit to make Marcel the only one qualified for this thread. Anyways, I should probably get out of here.

I think I was the one who increased the age limit for the precise reason you mentioned.
