Wasn't it a little too easy? I mean it's Maiden, the tickets are normally a bitch to get. I guess people (AKA the mainstream fags) wasn't very aware of this event.

I don't know really. Maybe because it's a festival? Even though there will be no camping this time (seeing how Metaltown is growing bigger every year). Or because it's just that - a festival without camping? It didn't get sold out this year, with camping and with Metallica headlining. But that was in Hultsfred, so... A little off... And there are bigger bands this time. I don't know. It's a little messy in my head...

Okay, so when are they going to announce more bands? The other festivals seem to announce new bands all the time. I hope this means that they're trying to book something big and have others for back-up.

Now what to replace Heaven & Hell with? Judas Priest would've worked, but they are taking a break from touring, and I wouldn't want to have just Halford as replacement. Maybe Dream Theater? Or Europe? But Europe is about to tour like the whole country at different festivals and other events this summer, so it wouldn't be as exclusive. Def Leppard, maybe? Scorpions might want to headline SRF again, or something, on their goodbye tour. Any other possible bands to step in as replacement?

As for the other, probably smaller, possible bands left to announce, I wouldn't mind seeing Nocturnal Rites, Iced Earth and/or Symphony X added to the line-up. Especially the latter, with a new album coming out this summer. Yngwie Malmsteen would do, too, if "Ripper" isn't busy with his own band.

Dream Theater really wouldn't be impossible, since they're touring with Maiden in the States. I've always hoped for them. Symphony X would be cool, they are good live. And I agree with that I do not want to see just Halford.

WOW Warrior Soul. By far th best band of the line-up seeing how mediocre Slayer were at Hellfest and crap Iron Maiden's current setlist is.

Be glad with a quality line-up instead of quantity one. Here you only have Motley Crue and Hammerfall as bands and one I don't know (Imperial thingy) and the rest all top class live.

Well they were the last time I saw them. But Slayer on average is great live. So I am expecting them to deliver this time around.

I think the line-up is quite good, although I primarily bought the ticket to see Maiden, Heaven & Hell and Slayer. Anthrax are quite sucky but they have a couple of really cool songs that should work live and Hammerfall might be fun because of nostalgia at least. Alice Cooper and Iggy are cool simply because of their semi-legendary status. All in all it's going to be some crazy shit going on. ^^

why?

His show was great. But during the last songs he came out dressed in a Djurgårdens IF shirt! I'm a rabid AIK supporter and Djurgården is and has always been our worst rivals. They're the dirt of Stockholm.

Me and my friend wasn't the only ones who booed.

So you lose respect cause he wears a shirt of your rival. Damn, get a life. If I lost respect for all the artists that wore an Ajax shirt there wouldn't be too many left to listen to.

You really think I'm 100 % serious? I of course realise that Cooper probably knows nothing of Djurgården and that some retard back stage told him to put it on. I was booing at Djurgården and the retard who gave him the shirt.
