This totally sucks, because I can't remember the name of the band or the album. The cover had a lot of purples and blacks and blues to it. There was a man with I think a top hat on and a whip in is hand riding a carriage with one - three horses attached to it. It is really dark and stormy on the cover and they are riding through a city or something.

Somebody suggested to me that the album is "Abigail" by King Diamond. I checked it out, and unfortunately, that's not the album I'm looking for. If anybody can help me with this, it will be greatly appreciated. It's been driving me crazy, because whenever a band pops into my head, I like to look them up and read about them and I haven't been able to look this band up.
