I would like to open this topic to the noise/ambient genre, feel free to recommend bands. To begin with, I'll list a small summary of some of the genres which I think come under this category.

Death Industrial
Noise (I would argue traditional noise is quite alien from the more black noise works of Abruptum for example)
Black Noise
Power Electronics
Dark ambient
Ritual Ambient
Feel free to add more if you wish. Here are some bands I can recommend.

Black Seas of Infinity: Death Industrial/ritual noise project from the US.

Kaniba: A favorite of mine, minimalist ritual ambient formerly known as Terrorgoat of Finland

Raison d'etre: Dark ambient, all ive heard of them is the outro they did for Abyssic Hate's fulllength but I should have something of theirs in the near future.

Ugegi Aoiveae a Ser: Minimalist, kind of 'magical' dark ambient, Ive only heard one song, and that was from the split with Black Seas of Infinity/Kaniba, but it showed excellent promise.

Emit: Quite closely related to the blackmetal scene in comparison with the others, electronic black noise, quite frightening while still retaining some similarities to other, more blackmetal based projects.

At this stage the only distro I can recommend for purchasing some of the more obscure material on the list is Autumn Wind Productions, but I would like to hear some more sites which specialise in this field.

I did try to check them but was interupted several times because of slow net connection and then, started to download the albums first. It's in process right now but I'm not sure when it will be done. Some torrent downloads take several days.

Are there dark ambient bands which don't sound too neutral/bland/similar to everything else?
I mean, I like songs that always have something that draws my attention to it, I don't like backward noise.
When I first heard dark ambient I though the genre was promising and found some sick stuff, but when I look now it seems there are the top bands and then everything else is boring.

Specifically I like songs like this one by Der Blaue Reiter: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ICd3cFOAqzA
Like, there's always something that keeps me hearing it, sirens, noises, piano... It kinda passes that feeling that something is about to happen. I dunno.
Anything similar to that? Or completely different, but still with those characteristics?

You ever tried Elend? Basically terrifying dark ambient / neoclassical.

Well, locally it's interesting, however the songs repeat the same part for a huge lot of time, so when hearing as a whole, each song becomes a bit tiring...

Wow that was intense. But Elend isn't always like on that album is it? I remember hearing them before and it was different...
Anyway I'm gonna check that album. Specially because dark ambient with vocals is so hard to find

Thanks guys

They vary a little from album to album but generally their style is consistent. A World In Their Screams is perhaps their most intense though.

Well yeah, they're just very long songs. And they change very gradually, but can have some very intense moments.
But yeah, you love it or hate it. I, for one, love it.
It is a bit like ambient music; also not asking for heavy attention all the time.

This: http://youtu.be/AfChn_NjI9w?t=1h22m7s is one of my favorites by them, by the way. (It starts at 01:22:07)

I like the Creation VI - Cycles of Life. This composition deviates quite strongly towards the "ritual" ambient. The shaman tambourine here provokes the howling of metal spirits, and the jew's harp and the echoes of throat singing sound against the background of even more distant electric storms. The first association: a Tungus shaman appears who found the dome of a city abandoned thousands of years ago on the very edge of the tundra.
