I figured that taking a little time on the forum to introduce a band that I assume might interest a number of you metalheads would do no harm. For those of you who are more into avantgarde should continue reading this.

Don Caballero is a band that was introduced to me by a coworker and they're a hard group to categorize. Therefore, I'll make this short. Their sound ranges from post-rock, to free improv jazz, put a little of noise rock in there and also staple it with math rock.

I've heard two albums by them. American Don & Don Caballero 2. American Don is a good album, not mindblowing, but it's something worth looking for. Don Caballero 2, well, I would say the band tried to do too much and didn't quite achive it.

Don't know this band too well, but this song is fucking awesome
