I'm loving it! I haven't heard most of the original versions of these songs because the singer and song quality put me off. These versions are great though! Drowned Maid, Against Widows and My Kantele are my favorites!

My only gripe is that the songs sound very similar. There are a few exceptions to this, but for the most part they are all heavy rockers with lots of growls. Not that there is a problem with that though.

Nice compilation! I prefer the new versions compared to old ones. This album rocks!

IN some way worthless re recording but the you realize some songs are meldic and little less grunthy vox as originals and like I always have said Joutsen was bend messiah, because if he never would came after DM era band put one good album out, otherwise it sucked. In some way seems band re open melancholic nostalig memories to old fuckers, DM heads, to re enjoy never dying history.
