Just listening to this, for the 4th time, definitely better than "Necropolis".

Just finished listening to the full album for the first time, and it really is Vader's best for many years xD When I found out they were re-recording "Decapitated Saints" I wasn't sure if it was something they should be doing, but wow the new version is almost as vicious and violent as the original version of it!

Their best album since De Profundis in my opinion.

Closer to ''Impressions In Blood'' style this time but still as weak as Necropolis. Shit, what happened to Vader? Was Mauser that important?

It's good, but I was admittedly expecting a lot more this time around.

Oh well, death metal is having a fine year anyway.

After a first listen! Another solid slab of death metal. No surprises. One or two stand out tracks. Onto the new Fleshgod......

The album is absolutely amazing. Peter has finally unleashed the mighty beast.

I like the re-recording of Decapitated Saints. Super brutal

I haven't heard the whole album yet, but it seems to be much better than Necropolis.

I'd say it's definitely better than Necropolis, but it still doesn't touch a lot of their earlier stuff.

So far so good. Tight and great production. Sound is good. Wish there was more creativity/unpredictability but the give you Vader at a high level throughout the album. I need to listen a few more times to see how far it grows on me. It does punch you in your face over and over again, which is good.

I Am Who Feasts Upon Your Soul is such a killer song!
Their best release since Litany imo.

Yeah it's definitely leagues ahead of Necropolis. Aside from their cover of 'Fight Fire With Fire' nothing on that album stuck with me.

generally i believe that The Ultimate Incantation would sound much better with a modern production (like The Final Massacre on Litany)...
