Most insane vocals you've ever heard?

What are the most insane vocals you've ever heard? I'm talking about complete chaos and madness vocalized. Any genre (but probably extreme). For me, I would have to say Bethlehem's "Schuld Unseres Knöchrigen Faltpferds". When the vocals hit you 16 seconds in it's impossible not to want to firebomb an orphanage.

After hearing Silencer I might be inclined to agree that it is the most insane vocals. Not too into it though...
