Trivium - New Album Trailer Online


A trailer for the new album from Florida metallers Trivium can be viewed at this location.

The CD was recorded at Audiohammer Studios in Sanford, Florida with the production/mixing team of Colin Richardson (Machine Head, Bullet For My Valentine, Slipknot, Fear Factory) and Martin "Ginge" Ford. The follow-up to 2008's Shogun is currently being mixed for a summer release via Roadrunner Records.

They are launching a new style. Hillbilly Redneck Metal. There will be dualling banjo solos, the drums will be played on an old car, with sound effects of the family pig getting "some lovin". Music For My Girlfriend/Sister is the title.



All the gun slingin', horse ridin', beer drinkin', woman chasin', law breakin' shenanigans one can think of? In that case, Rebel Meets Rebel have them beat.
Oh, and by the way, I didn't mean you, I meant the trailer.

I actually thought that the trailer was cool. I have high hopes for the upcoming album, but BloodTears is right: No matter what they do they'll be bashed.

I wouldn't expect the same album from Trivium, they have always released a different sound with a new albums, can't wait to hear what this one sounds like
