COLOSSO is an experimental/progressive Death Metal band, featuring Dirk Verbeuren [Soilwork, Aborted, Scarve] on drums for the upcoming debut album (to be released very soon!).

The album will be called "Abrasive Peace" and is comprised of eight songs, with a total runtime of 33 minutes. While the foundation of each song is obviously Death Metal, there are several other musical elements that sprawl on each song...
Every song has it's own feeling/personality, but at the same time all of them contribute to a bigger picture. During the 33 minutes there's not a single pause, which also contributes to this feeling of continuity and connection.

Dirk Verbeuren says:"I truly believe death metal fans are gonna be seriously stoked with COLOSSO! This is gonna be a great band and a kick ass record, I'm very proud to be a part of it!!"
