Talking about killer, there's a new song on the subject up on the myspace:

From another forum I got the feedback that the vocals should be lower in the mix. What's your thoughts on that?

When I first listened to it, didn't notice them too loud... if anything, make them just a very little bit lower.

Side note: 20 Million Dead is a cool song

I guess it's a matter of opinion. To be honest I didn't find them too loud either. Thanks for replying btw.

Just to let you know ... due to unfortunate circumstances some of the members of "Lidice" is now homeless and fighting to survive so recording has been paused but will continue as soon as the problems are solved.

I find the more I play music the more I HAVE to work to afford all the recording gear and instruments haha.

Black metal (and pretty much metal in general) isn't really the genre of music you should be playing if you want to play music to avoid work...

To be honest I never thought for one moment that I could make a living out of playing music it's just a hobby. Also people can lose their homes for many reasons, lack of funds isn't the only one.

All the music for the first release "1942" is written and recorded and the bandcamp page is registered. What now remains is the recording of vocals, mixing, mastering and everything else. Got im himmel, there will probably never be a Lidice album out, he he!

Jameson or Scotch ... I personally thinkk that irish whiskey is to prefer but it's a matter of opinion! Of course Motorhead vodka rules!

If that's your honest opinion then you don't have anything to be sorry about. One thing though is that the songs aren't publicised in the order they are written. One thing that I have noticed is that some songs are more direct and some songs take a little more hearing them before they "sink in" and I guess a full length album needs both kinds.

Does everyone think the quality went down after the first three songs? In that case I will only make the first three songs again and again:)
