Overkill - New Single Streaming Online


"Electric Rattlesnake", a new song from US thrashers Overkill is now available for streaming below. The song is off the band's upcoming album entitled The Electric Age, scheduled for release on March 27th via eOne Music in North America and March 30th in Europe via Nuclear Blast Records. The band has also traveled to Asbury Park, NJ, this weekend to shoot a new music video for the above mentioned song locked away in the historic Paramount Theater.

It's perhaps the certain connection metal bands have been associated with like dragons or wolves for example that act as song/ cover themes.

Forget snakes, there's not enough dinosaurs in metal - even with a band around called Deinoychus.

C'mon guys..just say it...good stuff. Always tight, and Blitz is unreal! Hes managed to bring the same intensity after 30 years! Bad Ass! One of the best thrashers of all time!

Out of all the thrashers of the 80's,this maybe the most consistent,a couple of duds here and there,but these guys pretty much bring it.Looking forward to the new release.
