Yes, this is beyond the abilities of the responsible php function (and I'm not writing a custom one). Btw, if you want to capitalize a character you don't have on your keyboard:
1. Copy the lowercase character
2. Paste it into Google as "capilar é" (for example)
3. Find the capital letter in the results, copy/paste in into the album title
