I vote Bungle, California is such an intricate album. Love Angel Dust, but California is more visceral and in this case that's what I prefer.

Mr. Bungle based on what I've checked, which is probably half of each band's catalog.
I like both bands though.

If you've hardly listened to them how can you tell they suck??
Anyway I voted Faith No More, angel dust is epic

Faith No More. By a landslide actually.

They are just better musicians overall in my opinion.

I've only heard/have the first Bungle album. i find the chaotic zaniness awesome at times, and fucking annoying at others.

Faith No more seemed better able to refine some of the oddball factor - at least once they started to develop their own identity with Patton on Angel Dust.

Faith No More have been more consistent over the course of their career and all their albums, so they're my choice. Mr. Bungle definitely have some awesome material, but they're definitely more hit-and-miss generally than FNM...

Tough to compare as I think both bands differ from each other in many ways. Whilst I love Mr Bungle, I'm in love with FNM...so FNM for me.

Mr. Bungle is really interesting and experimental, a lot of great music there. However, sometimes it's too random.

Faith No More just wrote great songs. Really incredible band.
