Please, consider including a "Source" link, when adding info concerning new releases. I still remember when I got an update on the new Summoning release sometime in 2010 and I couldn't, for the life of me, find another website, interview or anything with that info.

Yup, though the link will just say "www.facebook.com" or whatever, it will actually link you to the page the info was found on.

In that case, most of the time, if not always, when a new album comes out you get the news update and the album update. So to have the source, you can just check the news update.

When someone adds a release to the database, that doesn't mean it's going to be released immediately or there's going to be news about it.

Oh, well I don't look really in that section of the site, but I guess if someone really wats a confirmation of it, their is Facebook, Twitter Official website, label or simpler, just an email to the band. Information is really easy to find nowadays.

Anyway, I support the idea of adding a slot for 'Sources' what comes to updates.
Currently, if an album is added by me, you can check out the album's log for sources.
