Well, in the world of human love spread living nowadays then it is can be that of purpose... from your question I think it is more of control, that everything has to do with control/console,... you want the other opposite sex like you or want recognized from other people even same sex,... though when you dont like somebody no more you want that one stay away from you, => you maintain your control... and it could be almost of control is focused on other beings in your relationship... well human is not the solitary animal, if you have no one how can you have any desire to build something... But in all seriousness, I don't think abotu sex 24/7, sure it runs through my hormone riddled mind alot, but it's not my #1 priority and it doesn't run my life.

Seeing as I've never had sex, and think in all likelyhood I never will have it, my personal life has nothing to do with sex. However, it does seem to me that for the world and society in general, everything does have to do with sex. Every single person I talk to has had sex, and will talk about it fairly regularly in conversation, even whilst knowing that I have never had it. It's a topic that seems to crop up a lot for other people, which I admit, at times makes me feel really left out, and as if I'm missing out on something.

I don't think everything has to do with sex, but the way the media constantly pushes it in your face, and the fact that for many people, it's a very common topic for discussion, at times it does seem to me like the world is obsessed with it.

Yeah, I saw this coming. But taking a shit by yourself, which is 99.9% of the time, is not for sexual reasons. That is why I said probably. Of course people engage in shit-related sex, but the act of taking shits to empty out digested material is not for sexual reasons
