I am really frustrated, and angry like so many others of my age, but i dont go to concerts (broke)! so i cant really release my anger through moshing, suggest me bands with really awesome hate lyrics and music that makes me go fucking arghhhh. I thought of getting into alternative metal but the music is not for me, i need some metal bands and no death core or metal core bands (Although they seem to be the obvious choice).
I dont know if this is in the right forum but will let mods decide that!

It's not metal...but when I am pissed fuck angry as hell I always turn to Black Flag. I can relate to "Damaged" so much. GG Allin also brings me some self inspiration and motivation, "Bite It You Scum" and "You Hate Me And I Hate You." Honestly every time I am really angry and want some good music to get my anger out and lyrics I can relate too, I always turn to hardcore.

For metal, I find Dodsferd does the trick for rage! His nihilistic anger really feels good.

Blasphemophagher also can do the trick. As does Endstille.

Anaal Nathrakh is the symbol of rage and anger haha : ) songs like Betrayal And Castigation is so enough for war-gasm : )

Children Of Bodom has a lot of good hate songs that making you release your adrenalin. Almost of their lyrics are just Hate, music is fast and boosting the temper ably... some like Towards Dead End. : D

Anaal Nathrakh is propably the sickest band ever, I totally agree.
Grindcore is a good genre selection for quick anger management check out for example Rotten Sound.

Check this out too for some relief!

Check out 'Craft - I Want To Commit Murder', from their latest album 'Void'.

Don't know about you, but when I'm angry, I'd rather listen to something calm and atmospheric. Why fuel hate with aggressive music? I'd rather suppress it.

Maybe punk rock is something for you: GBH, Anti-Flag, The Casualties etc...
Or death metal a la Deicide or Aborted.
Or grindcore a la Agathocles, Nasum, Extreme Noise Terror.

So much bands and genres express hate in one or another way: it's up to you wich band and/or style you like the most.

I forgot to mention Carnal Forge, they are pretty Hate music for anger and violence,... cant understand why they are not so popular or well known in metal scene...

I listen Thrash to get fucking charged up.

Like for swimming events, basketball games or even to play Hockey. Thrash Metal is quite a good stuff to charged up.

A lot of old school DM and BM is a good place to start

Might have the kind of angst you're looking for. Heavy as fuck and intense vocals and lyrics. Supremacy, Rise Of Brutality, and their self-titled album all have great riffs and the kind of energetic aggression that feels like a good outlet.

If you want sheer brutality in the form of some good death metal, I'd try Aeon, Abysmal Torment, and many others in the brutal death metal genre.
