Mist Within is a Progressive band from Iran with Doom and Black origins.
The band started it works from 2009 and after many changes finally reached to solid line-up in 2012.
Mist Within current lineup:

Safires (Alireza Motevasel) - Vocals
Arash Hoodi - Lead Guitar
Mohsen Ensafdaran - Rhythm Guitar
Arsalan Maddahi - Bass
Ahad Sajjadi - Keyboards
Reza Jan Bozorgi - Drums


The band is now working on the debut album "Post Mortem Dump" which will be released soon. They already released three tracks online:


Mist Within's influences include ANATHEMA, OPETH, RIVERSIDE and STEVEN WILSON. The band sing in English and their lyrics describe their emotional situation in their country.

The Album Cover is designed by the Spanish artist Nacho Galacho whom worked with some other bands like In The Silence.

They also recently released a video clip from the forthcoming album directed by Reza Badiee.
